Name change question

I had a divorce last year and changed back to my maiden name. My W2's have the correct name, but some of the other forms have the wrong name. My social security card is correct also. Can I go ahead and send my taxes? Thanks so much!

Yes, you can go ahead and file your tax return with your maiden name. As long as you have changed it with Social Security, there is no problem.
