I filled married separet and need to amend to married joint. can this be done?

Yes, you can amend your return. You have three years from the date you filed your return to file an amendment. If you need assistance with amending your tax return, you can see important information here in this TurboTax FAQ.

If both of you filed separately then you will only amend ONE return to add the other spouse's information ... you will need to use the downloaded amendment program for the FORMS mode to make some overrides.
