The New York Form IT-213, Claim for Empire State Child Credit, is available for filing.

Since you are using TurboTax Online, you are correct that you don't need to 'check for updates' as the program updates automatically.

However, you can close TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies and re-try, since data can get 'hung' in the program.

I tried those steps, and tried three different browsers (Safari, Firefox, Chrome). Still doesn't work.

Specifically, it's asking for confirmation of Line 6 of the form, even though it is already pre-populated with the correct amount.
