      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is often the case if the IRS sends you a 1099-INT, because the IRS just uses its name and the zip code (yes, they have the whole zip code).&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;Just enter "N/A" or "unavailable" or whatever will get you past TurboTax's error checking.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
