After e-filing for 3 times and getting rejected for the incorrect AGI, I started reading some of the responses and one recommended to change the AGI to zero and it should go through. I did change the AGI to zero and the Federal and State returns have been accepted. Go figure!

The main reason is because the IRS took a long time to process 2020 returns so the AGI didn't get entered in time in the tight IRS database.
