Clarification on questions toward the end " Select Forms Required "

Hello, right on the electronic filing section before finishing, there is a question asking " check any other boxes for other returns this s corp is required to file", and has 720/940/941 etc etc, my question is, is this question referring to any forms required to file NOW with the return I'm filing or forms I have filled during the year being an S corp which are required?

The question being asked is your S corporation required to file a Form 940/Form 941. Check the boxes for the forms listed that your S corporation files throughout the year. It is not asking for you to fill out and file any additional forms with your return. It is only asking what other tax forms you are required to file throughout the year.

You should have payroll and if you have payroll you are probably a Form 940/Form 941 filer.
