      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since you were not married in 2021 you cannot file a joint return.&amp;nbsp; If you are using an online account, you can use the same email but you need a separate account and user ID for your spouse.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;With online software you only get one return per fee.&amp;nbsp; If you use the same account you overwrite the first return and lose it forever.&lt;/P&gt;
