Wait, that link doesn't bring you to a page, though? I've already submitted my return twice to California and it's been rejected twice. Am I going to be in trouble if it is rejected a third time?

A return can be rejected several times until it is accepted. You can only file a return once. If by chance you submit it twice, the second one will be rejected.
