      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here's a fix I found from the forums that worked for me:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enter "&lt;STRONG&gt;123 Main St&lt;/STRONG&gt;" as your billing street address for the card. Keep the city, state, zip the exact same as your own. Click submit and it should go through! Worked for me a few minutes ago and I am still amazed that this was the actual solution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
