Updated version of NC state return

When I review my NC state return it says I should wait for a new NC state update before filing.

Something to do with form D400-S.

When will this update be available?

Form NC D-400 Sch S, Supplemental Schedule is available if you are paper filing. This form is projected to be available by 02/24/2022 for E-Filing so you will be able to review your return once this form is available by 02/24/2022.

I did call in and the support person told me to keep attempting to update. She said some states are still delayed in updating forms and there was no timeframe provided. This is frustrating to have the community support people instructing us to call and then the phone support just say sit tight. The form support page makes no mention of any pending update coming?
