      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not sure how to inform TurboTax support that when I close TurboTax Deluxe for Windows, it closes and then tries to open again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get an error message: "TurboTax is already running under another account. Switch users and run TurboTax&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;from the other account to continue.&amp;nbsp;Error: 70001"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
