      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, there is no more individual penalty, and the insurance company and/or your employer will report the 1095-B or 1095-C to the IRS.&amp;nbsp; The 1095-A is important for the premium tax credits so it must be entered but it does not have to cover the entire year (except if you live in a state with a mandate).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
