After checking, AGI which is correct from last year, why does the IRS reject my filing? Is this a clich from IRS or Turbo in efiling?? My understanding is if you file married filing jointly then it AGI does not need any separation!!

if MFJ in 2020 the same AGI is used for both taxpayers (from 1040 line 11) in 2021. if you filed late or your return was delayed in processing try zero - 0. for some reason for some taxpayers entering the correct AGI just doesn't work. all they can do is mail in their returns.
