      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the program does not prorate the expense, you can do it manually and enter the result as a miscellaneous expense.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well sure, one can usually trick TurboTax into doing things correctly, but it did it correctly last year so I was wondering if something has changed, plus I thought providing feedback now might be useful in letting them know that there is a bug this year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
