Strange entries

I have entered 99% of my income; but when I try to enter social security it just goes to a blank screen.

So I decided to skip ahead and enter expenses; it did the same thing.

Any ideas what is wrong????

See if this will help -

Save your tax return. Close the TurboTax program.

Right click on the TurboTax 2021 icon on your computer screen.

Click on Run as Administrator

Start the TurboTax program and continue your tax return. See if the problem has been resolved.

Similar to my problem, Cannot enter some, but not all, data from SAA-1099, personal property taxes or real estate taxes. TT people helpful but extremely difficult to contact and could not solve the problem. 2/25/22
