I just had this happen to me as well. I fixed it by going up to the top left of my laptop screen next to the apple logo (Mac) where it says TurboTax, click on that, go down to check for updates, click that, let it update and relaunch, then pick up where you left off.

Click on the Online tab on the top left
Click on Check for an update
TurboTax will update the software
Proceed and complete your tax return
