Just do it ... the amounts on the 1040-ES forms are not written in stone and the IRS is not told to expect them. If you pay online you can make any payment you want and if you mail in the forms simply change the amount on the paper form.

Yes, thanks and I am aware that the amounts can be adjusted to whatever I want to pay. I'm just trying to understand where I can make the election in the TurboTax program for Federal estimate vouchers without manually changing the voucher amount. The "Estimated Tax Payment Options" worksheet clearly shows the "Round My Payments Up" with options for $10 or $100 (neither box checked) but I can't find a corresponding option within the program.

Are you asking where to physically enter the program to arrive at the Estimated Payment screen?

If you made an estimated payment, you would enter the amount and date using the steps below.

Enter any federal, state, or local estimated tax payments you’ve made under

Deductions and Credits

Estimates and Other Taxes Paid

Estimated Tax Payments

Your state and local tax payments are automatically transferred to your state return. We’ll also use them to determine whether you’d benefit from itemized deductions, instead of a standard deduction.

Thanks for your response. My question goes to estimated payment vouchers for 2022. I'm trying to get the Federal vouchers to reflect a rounded-up number.

Yes, you can do that.

Go to Other Tax Situations at the top of your screen

Scroll to Other Tax Forms

Select Form W-4 and Estimated Taxes

Continue through the interview. I'll skip some entries.

Review Your Estimates for 2022 - Yes

After multiple screens you'll see

Round Up Your Payments?

This seems to be what you're looking for.
