The IRS must approve TT version (programming) of its forms before it can be released.

Thanks for this. I am ready to file but for this form. I wanted to accomplish early filing for several reasons including the fact that TT will discount my fee if done before february 28. Obviously i won't be able to meet this date since the form approval is not expected until 3/3. Will TT still discount my fee since this delay is not my fault?
