I purchased turbotax DELUXE 2021from Costco I have been using Turbotax for 30 years without a problem.

Cannot load the 2021 version to my lap top this year

Are you trying to install with the CD or downloading it? Did you already install the CD on another computer?

Yes, already loaded TurboTax Deluxe Disc on one computer. I need to load it on another computer for another user.
