      <description>&lt;P&gt;I too am having problems with blank screens. After I click on "walk me thru everything" then click on update W-2 info it brings me to a blank screen. I have checked to make sure that Pop-ups are allowed, so I'm at a loss what else it could be... any ideas as to how to resolve this blank issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having this exact same issue.&amp;nbsp; I have even tried from a total different computer and still the same blank&amp;nbsp; page when you get to either review or start the steps to file.&amp;nbsp; I am assuming it is a turbotax issue.&amp;nbsp; I have tried clearing the cookies and cache and that didn't help.&amp;nbsp; I also totally restarted my computer and still getting a blank screen.&amp;nbsp; I am doing my kids' returns and I get it on both of theirs as well as on mine&lt;/P&gt;</description>
