We will need additional information to be able to assist. Did you pay with your refund? Did you have to upgrade your software? Please advise what the specific fees are and we will be able to comment with the next steps.

Yes I paid for my fees with my refund…on the Sbtg page it’s charging me a 1st refund fee for $40 and a refund fee for $39..why am I being charged a refund fee twice

TurboTax is aware of this issue and is working to provide a solution for all impacted customers.

No action is required on your part and TurboTax is working quickly to get you reimbursed. You should be getting an email shortly letting you know when to expect the rest of your return.

I used turbo tax they upgraded me when I didn't need it I payed 189.00 dollars to get 80.00 back I wrote them several emails but never got refunded. Thank you Diane Rowe
