Your response was not helpful. I watched video and talked to 2 different customer service representatives live. The video states to take a picture and/or upload your pics. The question directly related to the volume of receipts and if I needed to do that for each receipt. Finally after 2 phones calls, being transferred and 49 minutes of my time, they got me to a full-service tax expert who provided the detailed information that I needed. For my detailed receipts (at least 75 receipts) I can prepare an excel document that summarizes by category (i.e, office supplies, telecom, postage) and provide to the full-service tax preparer.
