Form 1116 and February 28 promotion expiry

The below promotion is impossible to achieve for anyone who needs to file a Form 1116 which has now been delayed several times. The latest info is sometime in March (refer: https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotax_fed_online_individual.html). Will the promotion be extended for those that need to file forms on that list?

Anyone know a decent tax prep product for expats? Every year it's one problem or another with TT.
