I down loaded my fidelity statement but I don't see where where fed taxes we applied in turbo tax

If using TurboTax Desktop, go to FORMS and open Form 1040.

On Lines 25a, b, and c you will see Federal Taxes withheld from W-2s, 1099's, and other forms.

In TurboTax Online, click on TOOLS > Tax Tools in the left-side menu. On the pop-up window, choose 'View Tax Summary'. On the left-side menu, click on 'Preview My 1040'.

did you download or import? two completely different things. "download" would imply that the 1099 reporting in the form of a PDF or PDFs is now located on your computer. you can't import from them. to get the data into your return you must import from Fidelity.
