I had a wrong zip code in form 2441 and turbotax would not let me efile. The problem was that turbotax defaulted to the first zip code on the form, which was correct. It took me a while to figure out that I had to click on that entry to see the other entires, including the erroneious one.

You will want to double check that the state abbreviation...

You will want to double check that the state abbreviation entered is correct for the form as the error triggers when the zip code does not match the state. Here is a link of two digit state/territory postal codes https://pe.usps.com/text/pub28/28apb.htm
