when I send my to efile is rejected because the AGI is wrong but its not I have the w-2 next to and that what it say I send it 3 times and they keep rejecting it what can I do

The 2020 AGI is Not on a W-2. It is on the 2020 federal tax return you filed Form 1040 Line 11

yes, I know I send it when I change and send it to that also and I change the amount and it says error also

Your adjusted gross income will not be on your W-2. Look at your 2020 Federal return from last year and your AGI will be on line 11. You will need to see your federal return form from 2020.

yes, I'm looking at right now and it shows line 11 I change the amount and it says the same error

Then try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file the 2021 tax return again.

Try using 0 for the AGI. The IRS took a long time to process 2020 returns so the AGI didn't get entered in time. Zero has been working for most people. This is a common question.

It's not clear what you are trying to "change". Enter the numbers as required. The AGI comes from the program's calculations. Do not try to "change" anything manually.
