What happenned to my 5 free e-files? I used 2 with my H&B. My 3 grandkids filed the free online version. Now, H&B tells me I have no more federal e-files.

I asked the moderator. Even if they used the same email as you it shouldn't count online returns as part of your 5 free efiles. Are you sure they didn't use your H&B? She said to contact support.
