Cost of Goods Sold is recorded in the Inventory section of your self-employed business expenses. In the inventory section of TurboTax, you will be asked for the ending inventory value and the next screen where be will you can enter information to determine your Cost of Goods Sold. See the sample screenshot attached.

Here are steps to get to the section to enter self-employed business expenses (inventory will be one of the options for business expenses):
