PA Check this entry stuck

As seen in the picture, I am currently stuck in a loop, before filing my tax return. I press the submit button but it just brings me back here every time. It says I can file by mail, but I would like to avoid that. I'm not sure about the instructions it's providing either.

This message indicates a form on your tax return that's not yet ready for e-filing. Visit the following Help Article and click on your TurboTax product, then click on View availability next to your state to view the forms availability table for individual tax returns: State forms availability table for TurboTax individual ...

If you're using TurboTax Business software, check here for forms availability.

Once your form becomes available, it should automatically update if you're using TurboTax Online. In some cases, you may need to clear your browser's cache and cookies. For the TurboTax CD/Download software, you will need to check for updates or update manually using the steps listed here.

Is this for the specific form it's stuck on or ? Because the form that the entry is stuck on is "Schedule D (PA-40 D), Sale, Exchange, or Disposition of Property" which shows available for efile apparently?

I went to the link and it says the document is available.

I am still setting this message today when I am filing.
