Your rejection message says to come back on or after February 17, 2022 and apply any product updates (online products update automatically). After applying the update,

Go through your Oregon return again
Run final review, make any applicable changes if necessary
Re-transmit the return(s)

Note: The calculation change may affect your refund.

If you have done all of this and it is still not working, please give it a couple more days, also try a Manual Update and removing and re-starting your state return.

This delay in the software update has been going on now for several days. I will certainly NOT delete my OR return and start over, and updating the TurboTax software? Where is that option? All the software updates I see are to my current return not the app software.

my impression is that the Turbo Tax online site needs to do the necessary update to fix this state return glitch...hence the scream-out to Turbo Tax responders re timeline please/lol...not clear on what happens if you are using downloaded software......at this point there is nothing we can do but wait for Turbo Tax to be informative.........

THE PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED/Oregon state return continues to be rejected.....there was no new update to the Turbo Tax software to apply and fix the problem as the error page promised would happen if it was good to go
