Can I cancel the tax report?

Hello, I reported a tax with turbotax yesterday. I have j1 visa. I didn't know I shouldn't report to turbotax. Can I cancel what's going on after looking at the tax?

If your return has already been accepted by the IRS, you cannot make any changes to it (unless it gets rejected). Otherwise, you can file an amendment after your submitted return has been processed by the IRS. See this FAQ on How to amend a return.
