I am having issues with filling. Turbo Tax program is asking for a number when I chose NO ECN.

Have you tried to leave the number blank to see if the program will let you continue?

If you are required to obtain an ECN number, you can go to healthcare.gov to request one. Please see the below link for more information.

I have the same problem, the program does not allow you to leave that field blank. Cannot file electronically for this reason. What workaround other than getting an ECN can you offer please?

Well my insurance was too expensive for me and the whole covid issue was my hardship. I just selected one of the options, which was that it was too expensive and it let me move forward.
