When I login into TurboTax, the Home Screen tell me my summary and that they’ll “Update anything that’s changed” and then there’s the button “Get Started” when I hit that button… the next screen just gives me the 2020 and 2019 documents and no other option. What happened? Why can’t I start to file my taxes yet? Is there a glitch? I tried logging into my phone AND iPad and the same thing happens.
