Importing Form 1099 in TT Home and Business

Trying to import my 1099 from Apex Clearing Corp. I can log into Apex and I can clearly see the 1099; when I attempt to import with TT H&B (Desktop version) I get an error message saying [1099 Forms are not available for joesmith" (my apex username).

What gives? Why won't this import for me?

You need to ask Apex.

The pdf form you see online is not the file that is imported. They have to make the import file available to Turbo Tax. Import files always take longer.

Thanks. But in years past, TT has always had a pop-up that says "your tax forms will be available for import on xx/xx/xxxx date". That's not the case here. I'm getting a message saying it can't be imported. That's different
