You need to ask Apex.

The pdf form you see online is not the file that is imported. They have to make the import file available to Turbo Tax. Import files always take longer.

When can I import 1099

https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/entering-importing/help/when-will-i-be-able-to-import-my-1099/00/26419

Thanks. But in years past, TT has always had a pop-up that says "your tax forms will be available for import on xx/xx/xxxx date". That's not the case here. I'm getting a message saying it can't be imported. That's different
