      <description>&lt;P&gt;The question asking&lt;STRONG&gt; if you had to file 1099 for a contractor that was paid over $600&lt;/STRONG&gt; is for your information to remind you to do it.&amp;nbsp; This will not affect your tax return, and it won't be rejected for that reason.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks - I understand all of that, but don't want the IRS or state coming to me with penalities and fines because they never get a 1099 from me for this property for this year (2021)... So, I think you are saying "just do nothing"...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
