    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased the Deluxe edition of TurboTax through Amazon and have tried numerous times over the past two weeks to import or manually enter my W-2 information, only to get the "hit a snag" error.&amp;nbsp; This is the first time ever seeing this kind of error, and I cannot understand from a developer standpoint why I cannot even get to the option to manually enter the data.&amp;nbsp; Is there another path to manually enter the W-2 data besides leaving the EIN field blank?&amp;nbsp; Uninstalled &amp;amp; reinstalled TT twice.&amp;nbsp; Removed prior versions of TT.&amp;nbsp; Ran TT as Administrator.&amp;nbsp; Don't know what else to do.&amp;nbsp; (On latest Windows 10 and all patches up-to-date.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
