Tax year 2021 transmissions are not available

i filed the tax return 2 days back electronically in turbo tax but i got an error message saying that tax year 2021 transmissions not available now. i tried it again next day. same problem. tried again today . same proble,m. total waste of time

This is a known issue and is being investigated. Hopefully, there will be a resolution shortly.

It said in the reply, that it is a known issue. Is it an issue with the software or with my tax return. Does it mean that a version of my tax was efiled and can't be filed again until rejected or something else
