W2 box c - Windows Desktop version changes "&" character

In TT desktop version for windows, the W2 box c keeps encoding the "&" character in my employer's name to "&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; ". I would just change the "&" to an "n" or some other character that does not get encoded but the instruction say to enter the name "EXACTLY" as it is on the W2. I do that but the application keeps changing it as mentioned above. How do we report these bugs and what do we do to get the TT to display the "&" correctly?

Hi, I just updated and it is not fixing the issue: application version 2021r17.078. I have tried retyping the field and it still converts it to a bunch of amp; amp; amp; amp;

Yes, investigation 15946 is still active but being worked on. Manual re-entry does not fix the problem.
