Unable to review, edit, or print TN Tax Return

I am unable to review, edit, or print TN Tax return. Customer Support suggested completing E-File on Federal Return which I have done. System says Software is up to date and gives me option to complete TN Return, but forms do not generate or populate. Anyone have any thoughts?

Tennessee does not have a personal income tax so there is no state tax return to prepare.

The Tennessee Hall Tax for reporting interest and dividends was Repealed for tax year 2021 and all future tax years.
