      <description>&lt;P&gt;They should be giving you the opportunity to say you did not receive the 1095-A. If there is a form being generated on the return which is causing filing problems, then&amp;nbsp;you will be able to&amp;nbsp;delete the form.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;If your return is being rejected with error F8962-070, it is an indication that someone shown on your tax return (taxpayer, spouse, or a dependent) is in the IRS database as having been covered by Marketplace insurance at some point during 2021, and Form 1095-A is required to be entered for that Marketplace insurance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
