Are you talking about having your fees paid form your federal refund? Do not forget that if you chose that option there was an extra fee of $39.99 to have the third party bank handle the "refund processing."

I have 2 times. One hung up on me and the other said the web site he was trying to get was down. If they need the money that bad let them have it
