      <description>&lt;P&gt;That sounds like you have an extra empty,&amp;nbsp; or &amp;lt;untitled&amp;gt; 1099-DIV form in your 1099-DIV table.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1)&amp;nbsp; Go back to the Federal section, go in to edit you 1099-DIV forms and see if there is an extra empty form in there..then hit the trashcan next to it to get rid of it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;not there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2)&amp;nbsp; go to the left-side menu..click on "Tax Tools" then "Tools", then select "Delete a Form"..look thru the list of forms and delete any extra 1099-DIV that doesn't belong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still a Problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3) same as in #2, but delete the Schedule B.&amp;nbsp; But when you go that far, that will delete every 1099-INT, -DIV, and -OID, and you will have to re-enter all of them back in the main program (may have to reenter the boxes on any K-1 form you have too).&amp;nbsp; This last Option is the most severe..but is sometimes required for a few spurious 1099-INT, -DIV, or -OID forms that do not belong&lt;/P&gt;</description>
