"Here’s all the investment accounts we have so far" – clicked ‘Done’

Next screens:

"Did you have investment losses you couldn’t claim in 2020?" – clicked ‘No’

"Did you receive a Form 2439 for 2021?" – clicked ‘No’

"Any Straddles or Section 1256 Contracts?" – clicked ‘No’

"Incentive Stock Options – did you buy any ISO stock in 2021?" – selected ‘No’ – clicked ‘Continue’

now I'm back to

"Here’s all the investment accounts we have so far" – clicked ‘Done’

and it's the 4 screens from above again until I'm back to "Here’s all the investment accounts we have so far"

- it's in a loop.

Why am I stuck in a loop in the Investment Income section when I choose "Walk me through everything?"

Apparently the problem only occurs when you select "Walk me through everything" under Wages & Income. You should be able to avoid the problem by clicking "I'll choose what I work on" instead, then go directly to the specific income topics that you need.

thank you for the reply - I didn't try that. TurboTax support pointed out that just using the tabs at the top to navigate e. g. to deductions should help - and it did. Once I was out I could even go back to the income section to continue to other topics.
