      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - I'm not 100% sure what you are asking so I'm going to take a guess. If you are looking for proof of insurance to meet the requirements of the Affordable Care Act, and you were covered all year, you don't need that document and you can indicate that you had insurance all year.
