Apex Clearing 1099 exists, but TurboTax says it does not

I logged into Apex Clearing's website, 1099 document is there, but Turbo Tax comes back with 1099 forms not available for [Userid]. Please fix this!

You can find information here about importing your 1099. If you are still unsuccessful, you may have to enter the information manually. You can see this information below on when or if you will be able to import your 1099:

I have already followed these procedures, import function not working with Apex Clearing for 1099-B.

If your 1099-B is not importing, you may need to enter it manually.

This link has instructions on How to Enter a Summary in Lieu of Individual Transactions if you have a large number of transactions.

Since we can't see your return in this forum, it is impossible to identify the unique circumstances that may be preventing you from importing, when others are able to.

One user states "Under ID you would put in your first trade account number which is 8 digits... then under password you put in your social security #. "
