    <description>&lt;P&gt;If your tax return was accepted, and you did not have insurance through the marketplace for anyone on your tax return, then no, you should not include a 1095-A on your return.&amp;nbsp; The IRS is rejecting returns that should include the 1095-A.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;If he was covered, then he will need to enter the form on his return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not have any dependent children anymore so I did not use form 1095a this year since he is not a dependent. My fear is that they will be looking for this again, was I supposed to include this form since he was not a dependent in 2021? I have my own healthcare and never used Obamacare but he did.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
