No I am on a desktop computer. It has 92.7GB free space available. Only using about 1/3 of the capacity.

I’m having the same problem. I do know, however, that it’s referring to RAM, not hard drive memory. Basically, too many processes are running at the same time.

Please see the information below, if you are receiving a message for not enough memory:

RAM

2020: 2 GB or more recommended
2019: 2 GB or more recommended
2016, 2017, and 2018: 1 GB or more recommended
Minimum system requirements for TurboTax Windows software
TurboTax Online system requirements

If you are using the TurboTax Windows software and have enough RAM, be sure to click on "Check for Updates" and update your software if needed. If that doesn't work you can manually update your software.

If you have TurboTax Online you can clear your cache and delete cookies. Also, try refreshing your browser and even try using a different browser.

Dear Turbo Tax ,

I am also having this problem with this sofware of doing my taxes online it's

still stating i do not have enough memory to finish the 6th or so page its saying error code read not enough memory and that's not ture i still have plenty of memory ...

this is putting me in a really tough situation i would much appreciate any help

i need to get these taxes filed before july ..

I have 7 gigs of RAM and still get the mesg "Not enough memory." I've done everything that Intuit recommends as far as cleaning/defragment disk, shutting down programs that aren't needed.

I/ve downloaded the recommended Superpatch but when I try to open it I receive a message that Turbo Tax must be installed first.
