topic Technical Help in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I am trying to e-file my return but it keeps getting rejected. The reason code is IND-032-04. I have double checked and the correct AGI for 2020 is entered and I have used the correct PIN. Here is what I think may be the problem. Last year I had to file an amended return after I had e-file. The problem was I had forgotten to claim the 10% withholding that was taken from an IRA withdrawal. The original return claimed the IRA withdrawal in the AGI so that did not change. I was entitled to a larger refund because I had paid additional Federal tax. (The Amended return did not change any information on my State return). It took the IRS over a year to process the Amended Return because it had to be filed on paper. How do I get the Turbo Tax software to understand my Adjusted Gross Income for 2020 did not change (so there is no reason to contact IRS) and allow me to e-file this year's return?
