You can’t upgrade from the Free File website.  You need to start over in regular Turbo Tax here, <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/">https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/</a>

You need to set up a new account and new username and password.   But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts. Here's an idea. Or what you can do is download the .tax2018 file and buy the Desktop program to continue in. Which might save you some money since you can use a lower version. All the Desktop programs have all the forms. And Deluxe and above come with a free state program. You can see them here
