      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got this fixed by call a TT rep and he took he was able to do the purchase for me using my credit card number.&amp;nbsp; I then had a similar problem with purchasing the state eFile.&amp;nbsp; It turned out that all I had to do was quit TT, change my screen resolution to the default (100%), and then restart TT, and it worked.&amp;nbsp; What a pain!&amp;nbsp; This is something that Intuit needs to fix.&amp;nbsp; (I found this fix on a different thread and lots of other folks had it too.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
